Easy 4 ingredient, guilt-free raw chocolates. (Yes, 4 ingredients people! – Coconut Oil, Cacao Powder, Natural Sweetener of your choice, Pinch of Pink Salt – Flavour with whatever you choose)…

Everyone knows that Cacao (chocolate) is packed full of essential antioxidants among a whole host of other elements. Do eat with caution as it does give a natural high! What a lot of people don’t realise is that is has to be Raw Unprocessed Cacao, and not the processed, packaged, dairy, chemical and sugar laden commercial chocolate that you buy on supermarket shelves. This commercial chocolate actually lack much of any kind of nutritional value.
Try these for a healthy treat.

Raw Peppermint Chia Chocolate

Guilt-FREE treat & full of antioxidants and love

3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
3.5 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp White Chia seeds
2 tbsp Coconut Nectar
3-4 drops Peppermint Oil
Pinch Himalayan Pink Crystal Salt

Place dry ingredients in a bowl and pour in wet (in colder climates you’ll need to do this over a bowl of hot water).
Mix to combine. Spoon into mini silicone cupcake moulds and set in the freezer for 15 mins. Peel when set, and serve/ eat!

Raw cacao is supercharged when you add in superfoods like Maca and/or Lucuma, Mesquite, or green powders like Bluegreen Algae. If you feel like getting serious with your chocolates use Raw Cacao Butter instead of Coconut Oil as your setting agent. It creates a better hold for your chocolates.
Enjoy your experimenting, you can’t really mess this one up! Raw chocolate is one of the easiest first steps to introducing Unprocessed, Sugar-free Raw food into your life.
