Morning Self-Love & Yoga

Sydney’s been experiencing some very mild winter days with amazing sunny mornings.

I live quite close to some water and love going down to my secluded local park for a morning yoga session after a bit of a run to warm up.

Having a stretch and holding some postures first thing in the morning really sets you right mentally for the day.

Afterwards for me, I feel like I can take on anything for rest of my day – and manage stress with a breeze.

This teamed with some morning affirmations and a stare at my vision board leaves me feeling energised and excited about my life.

Try taking at LEAST 20 minutes for yourself in the morning (or when you can), focusing on yourself whether it’s yoga, meditation, exercise or affirmations (or a combination), and see how it helps your vitality.
